Prior to the auction you need to register with us at the auction house to obtain your ‘Buyers Number’. You must provide us with your full name, address, contact telephone number and preferably also your email address. When the auction starts you may raise your number when you wish to bid on an item and wait for the auctioneer to acknowledge your bid. You will then compete with other buyers in the auction room and online all bidding for the same Lot. The auctioneer will continue taking bids until the highest bidder remains. The final bidder is the successful buyer, and the auctioneer indicates that the Lot is sold by knocking down his gavel on the rostrum and declaring the hammer price.

If you are considering placing an Absentee or Commission Bid please do email us at least one day prior to the auction to request a Condition Report and our staff will be very pleased to assist you.
